Left June 1 From Flin Flon. Proceeded to Elbow lake through the Cranberry Lake Grass River system. Awesome journey! Lots of beer and yuckaflux. Few unmentionables and a relaxing hot boat ride. Sunburn abounded that day. Setup camp Friday evening and went out for short fishing trip to get enough walleye for supper. Returned to camp..cleaned em ..cooked em and ate em. Wonderful feast! The whole weekend went like that with the exception of "Wine Night" that was a whole different animal in itself :P Had a great time..Few minor injuries from fish cleaning...hugging the hot fire place..and last but not least the trip into the boat that caused one individual to stick his bottom teeth out through his bottom lip. had to forgive the leaking and drooling for the last 2 days from him :P Everyone made it home had a great time and came to the conclusion that fishing from a pontoon boat is awesome. " Open the door walleye coming in" was the catch phraze of the weeked! Still got till July 17 off work so will be off travelling again and back to update blog at later date.
Forgot to mention I found a geocache on Chinaman Island. Was an old cracker tin with a notebook, pencil, few bucks in change and other trinkets. Filled out the log book left some things and will check it next year and see if it still remains!

I am immature. The word pontoon makes me laugh and laugh. It's just too close.

Try being in the bush with 7 guys drinking on a "pontoon" boat for 5 days. No showers no nothing...just a whole lot of crudeness happening :)
BTW Duty sets me laughing even worse than pontoon :P

yuckaflux is rum vodka tequila thrown in a pail with all manners of fresh fruit...let stand a few days...then add ice to VERY large bubba mug...fill with yuckaflux and get it..may need spoon to finish off fruit..we just leave one in the bubba mug and take the top off when needed...F*cked up being the end result of course :P
Bush as in the great outdoors in its entirety..although our little corner of the world was Chinaman's island on Elbow Lake or the "poontang" boat...prolly a 50/50 toss up on where we were at any given time..haha
not sure how you can haunt a raving lunatic such as myself but you jump on in with both feet :P I no mind the company :)
